Keeping up with the holiday season we have Template Holiday, an original creation of Templates Novo Blogger. The 2 column theme has a neat layout and some interesting features.
The template starts with the menu bar on top to display your categories. To place the links on the left, look for the following snippet in Edit Html:

The header, which appears below the menu bar, is divided, so you can insert your blog title and description on the left and have a banner ad on the right. Template Holiday allows you to highlight some of your posts, by adding images with title, a brief description and a link to the post.
While in the main column each post appears in a summarised format with the default automatic read more feature. The post contains labels/tags below the headline and comments at the end of the post.
The sidebar consists of various blogger widgets, which you can add or remove as per your choice. There is also an internal search box and default widgets like About Me, Blog Roll, Labels, Archives etc.

Zitizen
If you have used Jnsona's templates before, you expect to see a template that is feature rich with functions. The Zitizen template is exactly that, the header starts off nice and simple with the blog title on the left, a nice designed image and a search bar on the right!
The dual navbar, is seen under that! Then we have a glider with small images of posts, that glides from right to left and below that a featured post slider that slides downwards. The mini posts start below that where the main column is divided into two parts, so is the right hand side search bar.
The sidebar starts off with a subscribe via email widget and then proceeds to get divided. The main column ends with a tabbed navigation widget. While the Light Zitizen Template as you can see below is similar, except it does not have the javascript features enabled, thats the glider, featured posts and the tabber at the bottom of the main post.
But in place of that the main column ends with two widgets that allow you to add a featured video and any other gadget like the followers widget! You can download both the Zitizen blogger templates below!

Beauty
Beauty Blog Template is another incredibly designed theme by Templates Novo Blogger. The 4 column template has a neat layout and is ideal for a beauty, lifestyle, fashion and people blog.
I really liked the colour scheme of Beauty Blog template, shades of pink, blue and white blend well to give it a pretty look. The header has an image on the right, which can be customised if you know bit of Photoshop, below that is a horizontal menu to display your sections. You can add your blog sections from Layout-Page Elements and click on edit link list.
The summary of each posts automatically appears on the home page with thumbnails of the images used. This way you can display 8 posts on the home page in pink and blue boxes. The sidebar too has something like a featured posts section or popular posts where only the images display and you can add captions, title and the destination URL.
Below that comes a search box integrated in the template, and that can be followed by widgets of your choice or a sidebar ad.
